NLP.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) helps to explore negative or limiting thoughts and create positive approaches towards future goals.
EFT.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is sometimes known as 'tapping'. It involves therapy whilst tapping on acupressure points, and helps people let go of emotional issues. It can be used to overcome a range of issues, such as low mood, stress and anxiety.
Sessions for adults typically last one hour. The number of sessions and type of therapy will vary depending on what is best for each individual.
Sessions can be conducted in person, or online over Zoom, depending on preference. Both are effective.
Hypnotherapy alongside other forms of therapy, can help to address a wide range of issues, from stress, anxiety and phobias, to breaking unwanted habits, weight loss, pain management and many more.
Therapy can be hugely beneficial to young people, and children from the age of seven can access our services.
Sessions with younger children will usually last 30 minutes, with parents in attendance.
These can be in person if located in Twyford, Reading, or surrounding areas, or speaking to a therapist online if prefereable.
As children start to become young adults this may change. With increased maturity and independence, session length and parental involvement will be more variable depending on the needs of the young person.
